Comptech Fuel Pressure Regulator

Here is a description:

Designed specifically for turbo or supercharger applications. Raises fuel pressure under boost conditions. Adjustable for pressure and ramp-up rate.

If the ramp rate is adjustable from the fuel pressure regulator, does that mean that this pretty much does the same thing that the Cartech units do?

What does everyone think about this unit? For $279, it better be good.
